1. Introduction

Welcome to Fleetli! By using our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the service.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: The Fleetli website and/or mobile application.
  • User:Any person registered on the Platform.
  • Sender:A user who wants to send a parcel.
  • Traveler:A user who is ready to transport a parcel.

3. Service Description

Fleetli provides a platform that connects Senders and Travelers to organize the transfer of parcels. Fleetli is not a party to agreements between Users and does not provide transportation services.

4. Registration and account

  • Requirements: The User must be at least 18 years old.
  • Obligations: Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration and keep it up-to-date.
  • Security:The User is responsible for the security of their account information and agrees to immediately notify Fleetli of any unauthorized use of the account.

5. Use of the Platform

  • Sender’s Responsibilities:
    • Provide accurate information about the parcel.
    • Pack the parcel properly.
    • Do not send prohibited or dangerous items.
  • Traveler’s Responsibilities:
    • Carry only those parcels whose contents are known to him and are permitted for carriage.
    • Comply with the agreements with the Sender regarding the delivery terms.

6. Payments and fees

Fleetli may charge a fee for using the Platform. Detailed information on fees is available in the relevant section of the Platform.

7. Limitation of liability

Fleetli is not responsible for:

  • Actions or inactions of Users.
  • Contents and condition of parcels being transferred.
  • Any loss or damage resulting from the use of the Platform.

8. Termination of Use

Fleetli reserves the right to suspend or terminate the User’s access to the Platform in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use.

9. Changes to the Terms of Use

Fleetli may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
